If you're in the area and want to see something novel for a bit you can come down and see the giant statue of Superman. I've driven past several times in my life and never stopped in. The statue itself isn't that fascinating. It's a statue of Superman which is exactly what you signed up for when you came down.

There is a museum nearby with a souvenir shop and a decent amount of cool memorabilia from the shows and movies. If you're a huge superman fan it's definitely worth checking out. The tour is $8/person and takes about 20-30 minutes to walk through if you stop and look at each item and read the signs. It's a neat thing to stop in and look at if you are in the area, but I wouldn't drive well out of the way to see it.

That said, the folks who manage and curate the museum definitely put a lot of effort into it so if you're a big fan it's 100% worth seeing if you happen to be nearby.

Shame Google only asked about the statue and not the museum itself.
