Worse experience ever. No body knows how to do a decent work. They burned my hair my scalp and I try to give them another opportunity by cutting off my burned ends and the owner owner apologized so much that I believed she could fix all the stains on my hair. She just made it worse. They ruin hair. They don't even know how to cut my hair. At some point she even brought a chair to sit down while cutting my hair. She wasn't even sure if to cut my hair dry or wet. I had to expend 3 days at this place the first two days I went to sleep crying. Such a bad job long work!!! All I wanted was fine highlights and a ashy lilac toner. I wanted my roots dark. They bleached even though the owner denies it. There worker miss lady is clueless and even though the owner acts secure is a big lie. My hair is the proof. My roots are brassy and my scalp still hurts. Day one 3pm-9:50 pm Day two: 10 or 11 am- 4pm third day: 5pm- 7 pm just for a hair cut. I really kept trying give them a chance. They experimented with my hair. they don't have any experience!!! A few days have pass by and I don’t see the lilac she promised would appear and my scalp itches and is pealing off. They have no idea of how to do simple highlights. My hair is falling in shreds. A teenager with no experience can do a safer jobs and it would look good. DONT RISK YOUR SKIN BY GOING TO THIS PLACE. This is a sad experience, no one...
