Metro by T-Mobile — Local services in Miami Beach

I went in to switch carriers and get a free phone as the ad that lures you over to Metro PCS reads, I opted for the Samsung Galaxy A14 5G, I was told that phone was not available for free if I wanted it I would have to pay, so the woman in the store offered me a Team Mobile phone, 5G that one is free, I call that a 'BAIT AND SWITCH' is that even legal? I left, on my way to visit other Metro PCS stores to see if they are offering the advertised specials and which phones they have. Stay away...

Horrible customer service today it was 2 people haven’t seen before guy had red hair and another girl they did not know what they where doing buddy was throwing my new phone around like if it was his thank god he did not scratch it also it was some simple as changing the line to the new phone he put the old sim card and he block it and than wanted to blame the new phone that it did not work but he ended trying a new sim and magic it work they need more training...

Could at least one employee on duty be bilingual / speak at least enough English to help us? My family and I do not know how to speak Spanish and when we come here, we have to use Google translate for help. It's very hard to communicate as they really don't speak but very few words in English 😕
