Sabor Tropical Supermarket — Local services in Miami Beach

Every time I go to this Supermarket, there is a Super rude Woman/Manager, her name is Daineris. This morning 10/17/2024. @ 9:36 a.m. Cashier number #3. I spent $100.00 dollars shopping in there. When I saw the name on the receipt, I saw her name Daineris but that is the he Manager 's name. Must be her daughter, or she is using the Manager's name. Those 2 females, have a horrible attitude towards the customers. They are both super rude. I noticed that every time I'm paying at her cash register, the Manager Daineris brings her chocolates (Bom Boms), and this morning she brought her coffee ☕ Every time I am in there the young lady @Cash register #3 is super rude. Seems like the Manager Daineris, has made a negative comment about me because now she is super rude I bought a tub of salad tomatoes, and I asked if she could pack it right, because every time I get home and it's not packed right, the tub opens and it spills inside the bag. It's a total mess. I asked her to please pack it right but she just gave me a bad attitude and a dirty look. Look here, I think that she forgets that the ones that pay her paycheck is us the customers. Those two women have to get a better attitude otherwise, I'm going to call home office and file a complaint. They don't even speak English. Why?????? They forget that the language of this country is English. They just have a bad attitude. If they don't like their jobs, they can go elsewhere. Also the Manager Daineris, on another occasion, almost ranned me over with a cart 🛒 She was in such a rush to get in front of me!!!! What happened to good customer service???????? Also when you go buy lottery tickets and there is a shift change, they won't sell anything behind that counter. They start drinking coffee and chatting and saying to come back later. Psst!!!! I can't come back later. I'm there at that time and can't do it later. Also the Male Manager (Orlando) not sure if that is his name. I will find out his name and post it. Has a bad attitude also. On one occasion my husband bought a bottle of wine but paid with a card. Then I went to buy another bottle of wine, because we were having a party, and since the guy saw that I was paying cash, sent me to the deli cash register, because they were getting ready to close. The deli was closing first. Was about 9:30 p.m. I have the feeling that man is stealing from the Supermarket!!!!! Because why did he asked how I was paying, and sent me to the deli????? I was already paying at a cash register!!!! And when I asked him why wasn't been sent there, he said that it was the way he squared his cash register!!!!! Very fishy!!!!! That had never happened to me. In one occasion I saw Daineris/ Manager following him meaning (Orlando) around and almost they look like they were having a romantic relationship. I guess that is how she became Manager. The Managers and employees at this Supermarket have to adopt a better attitude all around. They all look at people with bad looks and a nasty attitude. They need to go back...

Beware of this store, prices on shelves don't match at the check out point, very often I have encountered this problem and today even worse, shopping for tomatoes so I picked the cheapest one for $1,12 a pound said the price tag but when to pay it rang at $1.79 a pound when I tried to rectify it with the the guy in front of the store he went to look but after few minutes he came back saying that it was $1.79 a pound, not doubt he put this later price because I saw the price of $1.12 otherwise I would have...

Second time there 1st went smooth. Went back with my wife & the register lady was treating us nice I was like oh wow cuz u don't get that now ahdays. Anyhow we bought roughly $90 buck. The register lady a fat one the works in the last register is a thief she shorten our change $15 dollars. My wife rightway noticed and told her. The people behind us probably got on point.
