72 Park by Nomada Residences — Hotel in Miami Beach

We spent a lot of time choosing a hotel for our first trip to Miami, going through dozens of options, and finally decided on NOMADA (72 Park, North Beach) — and it turned out to be the best choice we could have made!

The hotel is brand new (opened in 2025), and it shows in every detail: fresh design, modern style, everything looks perfect and exactly like in the photos. We stayed on the 9th floor with a fantastic view — partial ocean view and a full panoramic view of downtown Miami.

The pool deserves a special mention. It’s spacious, beautifully lit at night, always clean and pleasantly warm. We saw the staff taking care of it every day. Cleanliness is very important to us, and this hotel exceeded expectations — both in the room and throughout the entire property. The linens, towels, furniture, and appliances were all top quality.

The staff made our stay even better — always friendly, greeting us, checking in on how we were doing, and ready to help at any time of the day.

The location is another huge plus. Just a 5-minute walk to a clean, uncrowded beach. Guests also get free lounge chairs and towels, which was such a nice bonus.

The hotel also offers a gym, lounge area, coworking space, and super fast Wi-Fi (around 400 Mbps), available everywhere on the property. Everything felt fresh, well-maintained, and welcoming.

For those traveling with a car, parking is easy — you can either park at the hotel or use one of the nearby public lots, which were always available during our stay.

Inside the room, it was always quiet thanks to good soundproofing, and the AC worked perfectly, keeping the temperature comfortable at all times.

Zimmer sind schön. Aussicht auch. Alles sauber. Ist aber auch nicht günstig. Personal ist nicht erwähnenswert, grüßt kaum und ist nicht hilfsbereit. Wenn man zu früh da ist, darf man sein Gepäck nicht dort abstellen. Also (kein Auto) an den Strand. Nach vier Stunden wieder nachgefragt. Immernoch nicht fertig, aber JETZT hätten wir Early-Check-in für 120,-$ machen können. Nein danke. Beim dritten Versuch wurde mir angeboten, mich selbst mit der Reinigungsfirma in Verbindung zu setzen! Kannte ich so jetzt auch noch nicht! Das wollte ich dann aber auch machen, jedoch wurde dann doch nochmal 5 Minuten geschoben, um nochmal nachzufragen. Plötzlich war das Zimmer fertig (obwohl mir zwei Tage vorher das Zimmer bereits für einen früheren Bezug zu günstigeren Konditionen angeboten wurde). Man habe leider die Zimmernummern verwechselt…. Der mich ständig breit angrinsende Mitarbeiter hat mich halt einfach verarscht! Also Zimmer und alles völlig ok, aber man hat da zum Spaß mit uns „gespielt“ - und das mag ich nicht so gerne! Ist dort nicht die einzige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit - ich komm...

Loved my stay at 72 Park! The room was spotless, modern, and had a beautiful balcony view overlooking the sea and Miami skyline. The kitchen was a great bonus.
