Centro Calle Ocho Inc — Attraction in Miami

Had a VERY strange experience when I went to the gym there this morning. There was a weird guy, with a blue shirt and shorts and a strange accent (like he spoke Spanish but was pretending not to) asking for a jump for his car. It was my first time seeing him there, but my friends who also go there say that he is living in his car there & acting as if his car won't start. They say he has asked for a jump from most of the people who have parked there, but once they jump him, he stays there. He doesn't leave. The guy gave me the creeps. I'm shocked that people would be allowed to occupy a parking space for customers and creep them out in the process. Now, I'm scared to go to the gym alone, because I usually go at about 6 am & the guy is just creepy! It's a white Toyota 2 door, parked facing outward so the tag is hidden....
