Edison Place — Attraction in Miami

Horrible!! dont waste ur time or money here.. The office staff in the leasing office is horrible, they do inspections here twice a month as if they are giving the tenants something for free or as if they are section 8 themselves you will get no assistance here from the leasing office so dont count on them. The maintenance guys come when they want the janitorial staff works out in the garage instead of doing work. The female Janitor knows everyone's business and reports back to the leasing office. The Elevators are always broke. The building is supposed to be pet free however u will still see some tenants there walking dogs…Josephine will also not care the one time you can’t pay rent you will be evicted she don’t care the explanation and she won’t grant more time.. staff...

These Staff at these apartments are horrible! The property manager name Isabelle is the WORST ever she's very disrespectful and has no customer service at all. She provokes tenants to disrespect her then come up with a shady way to kick them out. They do not help you with resolving any issues, the maintenance is non existent they never fix anything on time but will run u down about rent money. This is not a good place to live please save your time and money and don't go here unless u want to be...
