Wonderful. Yesterday night, a friend of mine went to shop around for a bedroom set so we can move in together. Feel in love with the Hollywood swank collection a couple years back. And I searched for it again, the associate Lilliana was very informative and polite as she explained to me what you had in store. The original is not in store and only available shippping only. Well, that's not the reason why I wanted to write this review for. I wanted to write this review for Pablo. Pablo who is a manager at this location. As I walked out with my friend to leave and start the vehicle... The car wouldn't start so we were out of battery. Two clueless girls with no idea what to do Two shy girls, to ask for help for a car boost. As we fretted about and watched people pass usy by. I decided enough wsd enough. And mustered the courage to ask for help. I went inside to ask for help 3 people greeted me sales associate to assist me. And Pablo and another lady at the front desk. I explained the situation, and they offered to help. Pablo called a worker to help us. But he explained that didn't know how to. So Pablo took initiative and brought his car around explained to us how to place the cables properly, what they would do and gave us advice to go the nearest AutoZone they would help install the new battery. Genuine, super kind and helpful. My friend and I asked for business card because we wanted to .uy directly from him. But he said it was ok. Just please give the store a positive review.
