Nuevo Orgullo Catracho — Restaurant in Miami

Food was good. I had sopa de marisco con leche de coco. Menu not to kids friendly. Needs more options for kids. The restaurant was clean, but the music was to loud, specially if you want to have a conversation. Service was zero star, our waitress didn't seemed friendly, she seemed annoying, and not once did she checked on us to see if we needed anything when she was just chilling by the bar tenders, so it wasn't like she was super busy. I had to asked another waitress for our check. Also, watch out for the extra fees when you're ready to pay, they pre tip themselves and perhaps this is why our service didn't cared about our needs. I eat the best and delicious special Baleada ever !! Everything we eat there is the best!!! When o order to go then later i saw that the food didn’t match with my speciations, i called an i complained , Lester one of the manager really took my concerns seriously and fixed a situation that i have had and he gave me a 2nd order for free , it was spectacular !!!
