Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Miami

I have gone to this kfc/ tacobell since high school days of 2011, the place has gone down in every aspect possible. Because of their immature staff the food is never prepared correctly. I don't know if the staff don't know the recipe, some days you will get bbq in order's that don't even require that sauce, other days your orders are incomplete or not sufficient in regular amounts. Managers do not even supervise their staff and staff are always getting into verbal arguments in front of all the customers. When you come up to a staff member they are never warm and inviting but yet threatening and unhelpful. During drive thru, they always make me reverse my car to reset the timer because they can not comply with the time frame demands. I have spoke to several managers about each and everyone of my experiences but yet nothing seems to change. Maybe, this tacobell/kfc can not handle being two fast food places at the same time if they can barley remember to place an order correctly. Nasty!!!!! I went into the restaurant after purchasing a meal through drive through because I had to tinkle. Some one was already bombing the bathroom with their essence of eww and as I finish, I walk out the stall to see an employee walk out as well. She fixes her hair and walks out. I wash my hands in shock. This girl probably took a crap multiple times today and she walked out wearing latex gloves and didn't wash her hands. Omg! She probably fixed my food! I go to the food ordering counter just in time to see her get to the meal prep station. "Sweety, did you wash your hands after you came out of the bathroom?" "I was going to do it now." She responds. Oh hell no! I ran to my car and got the food, returned to the counter and demanded a refund from the manager after I told him what happened. I got it no problem....

Drive Tru always full during peak hours. Plenty of items available from both Taco Bell & KFC. When placing order in drive-tru, be prepared to repeat your order, wait for your turn to the pick up window, because they'll stop you half way or if you get there, they'll tell you to move back to deactivate their time service goal. Additionally, check your order before you drive away, because almost always, they'll mess up your order and then you'll need to go inside the store and wait again. Different management, but same issue. Inside there's plenty of seating and refillable Pepsi product drink machine. Restrooms available and some of the times the area is clean.
