Absolutely terrible experience at this GameStop, March 23rd, 2025, the store is supposed to be open until 8 PM, but we arrived at 7:20 PM to find a sign on the door saying “We’ll Be Right Back” We waited patiently, assuming it would be just a few minutes. After a while, we noticed two cars also waiting—turns out, one of the cars had the two employees inside, casually eating McDonald’s and hanging out for a solid 30 minutes while customers stood outside. At 7:57 PM, one employee finally decided to get up and unlock the store, locking the door behind him. (picture attached) After about a minute the other employee got out if the car, unlocked the door and dramatically and rudely ripped the sign off the door, then loudly said to the other, “I don’t give a **, they can window shop.” Completely unprofessional and beyond disrespectful. Who ever was on shift, needs to be fired immediately. This isn’t even the first time this has happened—we’ve come at different times before and found the store randomly closed during business hours. If you’re planning to shop here, don’t bother. They clearly don’t care about customers or even basic professionalism. Target and Best Buy will never accept this kind of behavior from their employees. Read moreI want to say thank you GameStop employees Manny and his his partner at work. My bike got stolen one of the employees tried to help me get it back. He even offered to fix his own bike at home to give it to me. They made sure I was ok and I made it home. Everytime I go to this store it's always a great experience. Even the people that shop there are wonderful. One of the store regulars saw my bike got stolen they paid for my new bike; I love them for being their for me.
