This review only reflects one person whose picture I will be posting on here for reference. I frequent this subway because of a particular lady who is very sweet and kind she usually wears a shorter hairstyle is tall and a mature woman! I wish I knew her name to address her and a young man who works the evening shifts who is very sweet as well and treat customers like myself and my son who is autistic very well and like we should be treated. Thank you to those two individuals for making the subway in our community a great experience. Now moving along to by her words " the manager" every time I come into this establishment she is aggravated or doesn't want to be bothered she does not like to answer questions on today like I have always done I placed my order on the app which is convenient for me because of my son having a disability and me wanting to get in and out to keep him comfortable. I walked into the store and she didn't greet me she immediately asked me was I here for a pick up order I said yes ma'am she proceeded to tell me that I had to "find a way" to contact them because they didn't have the pizza for my order she never asked me if I would like to replace the item for something else and did I want the remainder of my order. I explained that there was no way for me to cancel in the app and there is no number listed ( shame on subway ) does she have a number I can use ? She immediately started telling me she doesn't have a number and it's not her problem and I need to call my bank to get my money back I explained to this lady over and over again that I can't do that because again I still wanted my other food for ten minutes she argued with me and the security guard treated me and my son like trash she also refused to make my food there was another customer who tried to help me and diffuse the confrontation God bless her heart she even told me to go to another location if that will help the worker said to her they are privately owned I asked for a flatbread she said no it's 12inches I said I will pay the difference. I was then escorted out by security once I began recording I guess they didn't think because if how I was dressed that I wasn't a huge social media influencer who will posting the official video with myself yelling at her just as bad because of the disrespect I encountered. This woman is so confident that she won't be fired that she decided to throw her midddle finger up at me and my child. Once I called the store to ask why is my order marked ready and she said she couldn't complete it she told me if I needed the money that bad I shouldn't have ordered there this is who represents subway today I'll tell you one thing subway will no longer receive my business and I will be laughing this issue and I also have a police report for fraud if an order placed and said to be completed and not delivered. She told me I needed to get a life and I needed friends stop calling she will be taking the phone off the hook! Please see the photos...

The rudeness that was experienced here was enough to make me decide to no longer make a purchase and consider no longer coming to this Subway. Walking in after 4 pm there was a line and one worker who seemed like she didn't want to work, could not multitask, and obviously thought being rude was in her job description. One other worker saw the line and walked in the back and the manager just stood at the register having an in depth conversation with a customer who had a footlong made but couldn't afford it. There were no toppings available and we were told specifically "What you see is what we got" but how don't you have bacon, cold cuts, pickles, lettuce or half of the stuff required to operate a Subway that sells SANDWICHES. TONIGHT I CHOOSE TO PAY 17.00 FROM UBER EATS FOR A TUNA SUB AND A COOKIE FROM ANOTHER SUBWAY RATHER THAN EAT HERE FOR 9.00 WHICH IS 1 MILE AWAY FROM MY HOUSE BECAUSE OF MY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THE OLDER WOMAN MAKING SANDWICHES, "ROLLING HER EYES, SIGHING AT ME, SPEAKING TO SOMEONE ELSE WHILE I WAITED" AND THEN WHEN I NEEDED MORE TIME TO SELECT MY VEGETABLES, SHE REFUSED TO CONTINUE WITH MY ORDER UNTIL I MADE A DECISION ON EVERY VEGETABLE THAT I WANTED.
