When I called they referred me to the bank they use which is Community Choice Financial is also a SCAM!!! RUN!!! The bank says they have my account with a balance as if I never paid the settled amount and the dept to clear it only clears 1x a week. Therefore because they messed up in closing the account I would now have to wait another week. This makes 15 days since paid and they refuse to release electronic lien which takes 24hrs. ITS A SCAM!
