Neptune Cigar SuperStore — Attraction in Miami

I recently visited these guys while on holiday in Miami from Australia. I had only ever ordered from Neptune online back home, so it was exciting to actually be able to visit one of their stores in person. Talk about spoiled for choices! This is easily the most well-appointed cigar store I've ever been to, with an insane selection of sticks in pristine storage conditions.

I was served on the day by Rene, and I have to say that I got the most helpful and friendly service I've had when shopping for cigars, and I thoroughly appreciated his patience and knowledge while helping me choose a selection.

Overall, a very enjoyable visit, and I will continue to buy cigars from Neptune both online and if I visit Miami again in the future.

I did an online order in August and it was very simple as I was going to have them shipped to the hotel I would be staying at I gave them a call to insure this was possible and the Customer service agent was both friendly and helpful with regards to my concerns with shipping storage and timeframes. I decided this time to take a personal visit to the Superstore in Miami and was totally amazed at the selection I would be very surprised if you couldn't find what you want. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Was just there and bought a few stogies for my old man and I. Was attended to by a sweet young lady who was quite attentive and courteous. I have ordered from them before online since I grew up in Miami but now live in Georgia. I would highly recommend them for all your cigar needs. I have to remove one star for the lack of parking. There was no one in the store, yet there tiny parking in back was full, with cars double parked. That can't be good for business. I had to park on the street in front of a house and got scolded by one of the inhabitants even though I had every right to park there as it is a city street.. Just beware if you go that you may have to fight...
