No sauce on the pie (Crust with cheese).
I had to cut it when received, really?
Driver called me assuring me he was at my residence, when in fact he was at the wrong address. Then when the driver finally arrived to the correct address, he gave me an attitude?! (While handing me 2 boxes of large pizzas,1 medium then 1 small on top and a 2Liter of Pepsi in a plastic bag ALL AT ONCE?! [[Next must be the most important thing you train you drivers not to do for the love humanity and pizza.]]
He then asks me for my credit card???!? While hold the receipt on top of all the boxes.
I’m now juggling in front my house in the middle of the street and I have to now with no help at all shimmy for my card for a purchase that was was already authorized and deducted from my account!
Driver didn’t blink an eye?!
I thought I was getting a pizza now I feel like I’m having my mobility skills tested while be interrogated just to authenticate my identity by the last four numberical etchings on a card?
Hell I could’ve just walked away rite then and there but since at least I thought about how bad the driver must hate working for his boss (management) and coming back to store (#0551) and get railed for not having a piece of paper that I had to sign for.
Also since I guess you (Management) over work your drivers that he also gave me an extra pizza (I bet driver still got railed)
Therefore I say this last comment not to get any one fired or reprimanded or have anyone be affected negatively by this comment
So from my experience from working in the food, hospitality and customer service industry, that this problem stem from the management lack of training.
This ongoing issue starts with your base and that's your management. If the the base is not stable and untrained the top will come crashing down!
Your top is your employees, employees willing to keep it together to have a top. No base no top This doesn’t mean you now put your management over your employees There are all your employees, be the employer and train them correctly and stop being so frugal on training and you wouldn’t have to make it up by spending so much on overtime/ overworked employees who want to grow and learn than sweat and stress over if they might have to find a new employer.
Also I don’t mind from ordering from this overpriced chain pizza but I knew I was at least getting good quality and assurance with the store but guess not anymore.
As a personal note this store once helped my father when he was a younger man and couldn’t find a job. He would pull up in the red polo, pizza in hand and rent in another. So it does hurt knowing that this store has gone this bad.
If you need more ideas I’m willing to help Don’t need free pizza just better service from all fronts not just corporate sending me some sad email and...
Read moreMiami is the kind of city where the natives treat you as if you lucky to be there, that includes restaurants. So the vibe isn’t “you get what you order” at restaurants it’s “you get what we give you” I’ve been here 2 days and I’m already missing the Southern Hospitality of Houston. I ordered a diet mountain dew and was given a regular Mountain Dew. When i questioned the delivery driver about it he said “we don’t have anything diet right now” Well why tf didn’t y’all cancel the order or call me and let me know??? How tf do you not know if I’m diabetic and ordered the diet soda because of diet restraints? I hate this city with a passion because it has the worst customer service ever. If this wasn’t a business trip I’d never come back. The audacity of a restaurant to only give you what they want you to have & not what you paid for pretty much sums...
Read moreOur visit to Papa John’s was deeply disappointing from start to finish. The pizza was overpriced and shockingly low in quality—bland, greasy, and far below what you’d expect from a brand that prides itself on ingredients.
What truly crossed the line was the behavior of the manager. We witnessed public mistreatment of staff—harassment, shouting, and condescension that made the environment uncomfortable for everyone, customers included. It was not just unprofessional—it was humiliating to watch.
Thank goodness we only ordered one pizza. That was more than enough to know this place doesn’t deserve our business. Poor food, toxic atmosphere, and absurd prices?...
