Nestled in a cozy corner of the city, Chevre Charcuterie is a hidden gem for those with a passion for gourmet cheese, delectable meats, and unforgettable desserts. This quaint establishment exudes a warm and inviting ambiance, making it the perfect retreat for food enthusiasts seeking a sophisticated culinary experience.

Upon entering Chevre Charcuterie, one is immediately greeted by an impressive display of artisanal cheeses and aged meats, meticulously curated to satisfy the most discerning palates. The knowledgeable staff are always on hand to offer insightful recommendations and guide patrons through the delightful array of offerings.

While known for its outstanding selection of cheeses and meats, Chevre Charcuterie also boasts a menu of mouthwatering sandwiches that are nothing short of divine. Each creation is a testament to the artistry of combining premium ingredients with expert craftsmanship, resulting in a symphony of flavors that are sure to tantalize the taste buds.

However, the true star of the show at Chevre Charcuterie is their legendary cheesecake. This delectable dessert is a heavenly marriage of velvety smoothness and rich, indulgent flavors, leaving an unforgettable impression with every decadent bite. It is, without a doubt, a must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth.

It's worth noting that Chevre Charcuterie's intimate setting may not be the most conducive for families with young children, as the ambiance caters more to adults looking for a sophisticated and tranquil dining experience. Additionally, for those seeking a more spirited affair, the establishment features a charming bar in the back, offering a selection of fine wines and other alcoholic beverages to complement the culinary delights.

In conclusion, Chevre Charcuterie is a haven for food connoisseurs who appreciate the finer things in life. From its exquisite cheese and meats to its heavenly cheesecake and refined atmosphere, this establishment is a testament to the art of gastronomy. Whether you're seeking a delightful meal, a memorable dessert, or a relaxing drink, Chevre Charcuterie is sure to leave a lasting impression and create a delightful...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chevre in Miami, and it has quickly become my favorite sandwich shop in the city. This place is a true gem, offering an unparalleled dining experience. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that Chevre is something special.

The sandwiches are simply the best I've ever had. Each bite is a testament to the quality and craftsmanship that goes into their preparation. The flavors are perfectly balanced, and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. It's clear that Nevin and his brother, the owners, have a genuine passion for what they do.

What truly sets Chevre apart is the wine tasting experience. It was even better than I had anticipated. Nevin is incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire experience both fun and educational. Their enthusiasm is infectious, and they made us feel like we were part of their extended family.

The atmosphere at Chevre is warm and inviting, and the genuine hospitality from Nevin made our visit unforgettable. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Miami truly needs more places like this – where you can enjoy outstanding food and exceptional service in a friendly, welcoming environment.

I cannot say enough good things about Chevre. If you're in Miami, this is a must-visit spot. Whether you're a sandwich aficionado or a wine lover, you're in for a treat. Chevre has set the bar high, and I can't...

Yes, the sandwiches are expensive & small ($18!) & yes, same goes for the Baby Burnt Baque Cheesecake ($17!) but if you ever want to treat yourself to one of the best elevated bagged lunches you’ll EVER have, stop in at Chèvre. Had been wanting to try THE HIMMY (Slow roasted Turkey breast with Florida strawberry-rose marmelade, award winning Brie Donge, and arugula on baguette) for ever but it’s only available on weekends but finally today was my day & let me tell you… it did NOT disappoint. Every, single component of this sandwich was of the finest quality & the combination was spectacular!!! Each time I took a bite, I literally closed my eyes, savored as I chewed, looked back at the sandwich & said to myself, “That’s a DAMN good sandwich!”, then went back in on it. And the teeny, tiny cheesecake? Honestly, THANK GOD it was mini because I would have absolutely eaten it ALL… in one sitting… by myself. They also have delicious Torres potato chips from Spain & refreshing Sanpellegrino sodas to complete this most excellent of meals. Who knew a turkey sandwich and chips could have such a profound impact? Unfortunately most all their other sandwiches are made with pork but they do have a (very) non-pork/non-red meat options, but even if I have to just eat THE HIMMY forever, I’m...

Chèvre is a tiny sandwich shop in Coral Gables that’s absolutely worth the parking hassle. Trust me, once you take that first bite, you’ll forget all about the struggle of finding a spot. This was my first visit, and I can already tell it won’t be my last. Their sandwiches are next-level—flavor-packed, perfectly layered, and made with top-notch ingredients. I tried La Italiana and The Spaniard, and honestly, I can’t pick a favorite. The Spaniard came on crispy Pan de Cristal with Jamon Iberico, Chorizo Cantimpalo, Manchego, orange marmalade, and olive oil—salty, sweet, and ridiculously good. La Italiana had Sheep’s Milk Ricotta, Italian Mortadella, basil pesto, pistachios, and a drizzle of truffled honey, all inside a Sullivan Street Mezzo Doppio. Every bite was a flavor bomb. There’s no seating, but if La Bibliothèque next door has space, you can enjoy your sandwich with wine. Oh, and don’t skip the cheesecake—it’s pricey at $19, but hands down one of the best I’ve had. They also have an amazing selection of cheeses, marmalades, and wines to take home. This place is a gem—100% recommended!

This is one of the best hidden gems in Miami. The wine tastings put on by Nevin are fantastic, with incredible wines you're unlikely to see at most area restaurants, and served at reasonable prices in a laid-back atmosphere. The cheese shop itself has a nice selection of speciality items, and the sandwiches, my god, THE SANDWICHES. I'm partial to The Spaniard, with the orange marmalade nicely complementing the jamon, chorizo, and manchego, without being overpoweringly sweet. Second favorite would be El Padron, with its Paleta Iberico, Manchego Dehesa de los Llanos cheese and Spanish olive oil served on Pan de Cristal—a simple creation that isn't overwhelmed by tons of ingredients, yet which is incredibly flavorful. Last but certainly not least, the burnt Basque cheesecake is simply phenomenal.
