Yes, the sandwiches are expensive & small ($18!) & yes, same goes for the Baby Burnt Baque Cheesecake ($17!) but if you ever want to treat yourself to one of the best elevated bagged lunches you’ll EVER have, stop in at Chèvre. Had been wanting to try THE HIMMY (Slow roasted Turkey breast with Florida strawberry-rose marmelade, award winning Brie Donge, and arugula on baguette) for ever but it’s only available on weekends but finally today was my day & let me tell you… it did NOT disappoint. Every, single component of this sandwich was of the finest quality & the combination was spectacular!!! Each time I took a bite, I literally closed my eyes, savored as I chewed, looked back at the sandwich & said to myself, “That’s a DAMN good sandwich!”, then went back in on it. And the teeny, tiny cheesecake? Honestly, THANK GOD it was mini because I would have absolutely eaten it ALL… in one sitting… by myself.
