if i could give this place is negative 0 i will!! lets start off by saying betty is money hungry and don't care for your child, she will give you a good deal but you get what you pay for. Young girls work in this daycare, i walk in and alot of times i would see them on their phone or not paying attention.I told betty about it she didn't do ANYTHING just told me her girls are doing the best they can........which is why my child end up getting hurt my husband walk in to get our daughter and saw her crying no one was around her when they saw him thats when they rush to her....she cried the whole ride home long story short my child end up with a dislocated elbow my husband called the daycare about an hour after he got home after trying everything to clam her down...then we realize something was REALLY worng and NO ONE could tell me what was wrong with my child they all said she was fine and gave us the run around with "we will call you right back" .... it broke my heart to see her like that and knowing it happen at the daycare and no one that work ther knows anyhitng it really upset me cause i send my child to the day care fine no one call me all day to tell me something was worng when we pick her up her face was red and she was crying....... we took out daughter out of that day care same day and betty and saba keep calling our phones work, and home to find out what happen ... MY thing is when i called you to ask what happen no one know so why call me now ... if i could send an email out to every parents i would but my daughter is doing so much better in a better school she loves her teacher that is not 16 and actually take the time out to...
Read moreIt was extremely hard picking a daycare for my daughter. Especially since she was my first and I was terrified of all those horror stories you hear out there. I can say without any hesitation that Big Hugs was the right choice. I now have two girls and they both have been going here since they were 18 months and 6 months. We have been through the infant class all the way to the prek/4 year old class. The teachers have been the same for each level of development the entire time so there is consistency. I havent had anything negative to say. If there is a concern, they immediately take action if needed. Both of my girls have learned so much from their curriculum and learned to play and be social with other kids as well. They go 3 days a week but if my work schedule changes, they have no problems accommodating us. They (Sabah and Betty) have been such a help with our weekday lives and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for a safe place to send...

However, approximately two weeks after my son's enrollment, and subsequently after about two months, they also encountered difficulties in managing his behavior. Consequently, he was unfortunately expelled from yet another school. I believe this may be partly attributed to his prior expulsion from a daycare facility. Subsequently, he was finally enrolled in another daycare facility, which we are extremely pleased with. He successfully completed his daycare years and has since progressed to the first grade, where he continues to demonstrate remarkable progress. He is an intelligent and compassionate young boy, although he does have ADHD and can lose interest and focus quite easily.
