GameStop — Attraction in Middletown

This place is horrible. The workers are introverts to the max. No people skills at all. Not informative and when u ask a question you feel weird bcuz of their awkwardness..... the last 4x I've went there to grab controllers or mics or even a game, they never have it in the store.

It's always having to be sent to the house once you pay for it there. So why the hell would any1 waste their time to go all the way to the store to pay some1 else to order something and send it to my house? They are defeating the whole point of having a walk in store. We go there to have the item in our hands same day! I wont ever spend another penny with...

The staff welcomed me warmly as I entered. Most products seemed to be grouped together as expected, with the exception of clearance items and an item released today. (the reason i was in that particular store). The clerk was very helpful and knowledgeable about their store and items' location. I even asked about old displays that were not claimed, and they gave me a luigi s mansion 2 hd window hanger. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone in the cin-dayton area. As I seem to get around, this was one of the cleanest stores I have been in lately. Employees are worth whatever corporate is paying them and more....

This has been one of two or three main GameStop locations I go to on any regular basis and was my primary GameStop until I moved father away. We stopped in because my partner was looking for Switch controllers in particular colors and they were the nearest location with them in stock. The place isn't in a great location and the staff are occasionally moody and my most recent visit was a touch awkward with a little bit of guilt thrown my way for letting my rewards card expire, but mostly it's decent and I've never had a bad enough experience to stop me...
