8/15/2015 On Saturday of August,15th 2015 . My co-worker and I went to Walmart to buy some supplies for my company. After making my purchases and then decided to pick up some lunch from subway. I bought three different sandwiches and one cotton candy that were rung up as popcorn in the machine. After taking my lunch back to my office, I ate half the cotton candy and then realized there was cockroach’s body part through the whole bag of cotton candy, I Puked, went back to “subway” got my money back but was highly upset about their carelessness. I have not been able to keep anything down all day and I am scared to eat out ever again. I will no longer be subway customer. I have the cotton candy on hand as well as pictures and I will be taking it to the Middletown Health department. This is a huge health violation and as a consumer when I purchase something I should be able to trust the people making the product. The fact that subway does not enforce their employees to clean their equipment before and after using them makes me so angry because a situation like this could have been avoided. I will make all my family and friends aware of this, and will highly recommend that they do not eat from subway any more. I cannot believe that a Franchise such as Subway would allow such low standards for their health...

So they are trying to save money by pulling sandwich bags out the trash or someone brought lunch into work and was eating on the front line! Read moreWorst experience ever. I’m an autistic individual and thought the whole experience was overwhelming to the point of crying. Neither of the employees could speak English well enough for me to understand what they were telling me, and or I just couldn’t understand them even though I do interact with other languages regularly. I wasn’t able to get my sandwich the way I wanted it, and it was burnt. Will not be going back.
