I went to the printing center to print out a 2 sided color flyer. Zach and Larry were very helpful in finding the right card stock, so that the ink wouldn't be legible from the other side, since it was going to be printed on 1 page, back to back. For some reason, the formatting got corrupted when I sent over my word document. Zach and Larry then kindly explained to me that this issue is often resolved when the native file is saved as a pdf. I then went home to save the file as a pdf, and went back to staples. I thought that would have solved the issue, but for some odd reason, some of the formatting got corrupted again. However, Zach and Larry knew exactly what to do, and resolved the issue swiftly and effectively. This was by far the best customer service experience I have received all year! From this experience alone, I can tell that exemplifying outstanding customer service comes to these gentlemen as second nature even during the most daunting situations, and they deserve some well deserved recognition. And you know how other places you feel like they just can't bothered and not only do they have total contempt for your needs as a customer, but they somehow manage to thoroughly communicate that they can't bothered to even consider the basic minimum of what you're asking and gee, you're an idiotic for thinking they would? Well this Staples is definitely that second example. Whoever manages it needs to replace every POS working there, unless the rot starts at the top. Maybe just close the place and be done with it. I Said well it doesn’t show my name I I have the email versification I’ll show. Then she rolled her eyes and gave it to me. Then I had some dust off cans and they were heavy and I was like I can I get a bag for an ONLINE ORDER( should already be bagged) she then says it’s$0.08 I said okay well I don’t have change I looked in my pockets and wallet. Look I under the charge but it’s an online order. Doesn’t say anything in line about be ready or pay for a bag. I was like could you help me out this once. She then ignored me and helped out another customer. I was shocked. It happen today this morning.
