Made an appointment with Eddie the day prior through Booksy. He contacted me shortly after to adjust and confirm the appointment. From arrival the shop is super clean and comfortable. I'm not from CA, but I am familiar with the fact that this industry is pretty competitive. I came in looking lightweight homeless and Eddie had me fixed up better than I get back home in just a little over a half hour. I was recommended this spot just after my barber moved out of town. Eddie and the team were so friendly and the customer service was on point. I am a customer service rep and am often disappointed with the customer care at almost every location I walk through. Eddie made sure I looked fresh for the holidays and I forsure found my new go to barber. The best cut I’ve gotten in a while.
