Came in very excited because of the reviews & because it's open late, saw the menu & price & for some reason I had a bad feeling. Burger looks small on pictures. When I received the burger, opened up the burger, the burger was HUGE. First bite, amazing. 10/10 coming from someone who doesn't really like beef burgers (more of a turkey burger or fish sandwich guy). Don't get their "special sauce" in the burger. Only get it on the side until you tried it first (it's made of fish). EDIT: The owners response below speaks for the lack of empathy they have (not for me) but for hundreds of customers that were standing in line.

At suhoor fest, they were taking online order and wrote it on a small board which was hidden behind crowd and was placed literally on the floor. So people stood in the line for hours (I wasn’t alone). And they took more online orders than they handled while people were waiting in the line.

Tried talking to the owner about this, and he wasn’t willing to admit the mismanagement as taking online orders in such a big event was bad idea while they could literally see customers were standing in line.
