Rolex Boutique Short Hills — Attraction in Millburn

Updated review Jesse: Months ago towards the beginning of the year I decided to take a look at a few watches at the Rolex Boutique in the Short Hills mall with my Fiance. Christopher Gray was very welcoming, showing us the beautiful Boutique and the collection they had on display. We had a great experience and we finally decided on the Lady Datejust for my fiance and I loved the look of the Yachtmaster but they didn't have one available to try on but was able to try on a beautiful Submariner w/ date that I liked as well. Fast forward to just recently Christopher calls me that the Submariner is available for me to purchase. I was pleasantly surprised and thrilled because a few weeks back I was able to surprise my Fiance with a Rolex watch of her own and we will be going on vacation soon so I was happy with the fact that we would both be traveling with our new watches together sharing the experiences with our watches, we're also getting married soon so the experience was all the more memorable. To my surprise there happened to by a Yachtmaster on display and I quickly asked I would love to try it on, Christopher know how fond I was over the Yachtmaster and that I really loved its styling and looks. After trying it on, Christopher took a moment to speak to his manager and returned to give me the most amazing news. He was offering me an opportunity to choose from two of the watches a had requested for in the beginning of the year, I was extatic to be in an amazing situation. My fiance stepped in and offered to choose which one I should pick, knowing that I've be crazy about the Yachtmaster she knew exactly which one my heart truly wanted. Christopher remembered that I was very much interested in the Yachtmaster in the very beginning and as I thanked him for getting me the watch and having an amazing experience he left me with one line he used and that will always stay with me, "Sometime the stars line up... they certainly did for you my friend." Customer service at the boutique is top notch and everyone treats you like a good friend, and Christopher Gray very much treated me like family. Thank you, Jesse.

Fast forward to a few months later I was recently surprised by my fiance at the Rolex Boutique of Short Hills mall with a Rolex watch of my own!! My Fiance asked me to join him to visit the Rolex Boutique again, to meet with Christopher, and that he was interested in a new watch. My Wife and I visited the Rolex boutique this past Wednesday for what was actually our anniversary date - a special occasion we wanted to commemorate with matching DayJust watches. From the moment we walked in, we received truly exceptional service that made our experience memorable. Rachel immediately understood what we were looking for and took considerable time to show us various options. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different models and patiently explained the features and specifications of each piece. Her expertise really shone through as she helped us navigate the selection process. When more detailed questions arose during our visit, Rachel's supervisor Angelica stepped in to assist. Angelica's senior expertise was invaluable - she provided additional insights and answered our more complex inquiries with impressive depth of knowledge. Having both Rachel and Angelica working together to help us created a seamless and comprehensive service experience. When Rachel showed us a watch that satisfied all our requirements, we were thrilled to find exactly what we had envisioned. Although this particular piece had additional diamonds beyond our original specifications, we were so impressed with how perfectly it matched our vision that we decided it was worth the investment. I visited London Jewlers Rolex boutique today at Short Hill's Mall for the first time. Let me tell you what an AMAZING experience I had. First of all the boutique is beautiful. I was greeted by Kimberly Constantino. What a pleasant sales person she is. I’ve never had a salesperson treat me so nice. It’s as if we knew each other for years. She showed me around the whole boutique and let me try on the watches I was interested in. She also offered me a beverage. I’ve walked into high end stores before and sales persons would pay me no mind. It seems as they were judging me base off their perception of me. Not Kimberly. I can’t express how comfortable she made me feel. It’s nice knowing there are still sales people out there that truly love their job and willing to go the extra mile to help their clients. We talked for over an hour and sharing thoughts about our passion for watches, specifically Rolex’s. I had on my submariner at the time and talking about we love these timepieces and what they mean. If you’re reading this then you are probably in the market for a Rolex. You are aware that the market is tough right now but I’m sure they will do anything in their power to get you the watch of your dreams. Just give them time. I was’t able to purchase a watch at that time but I know in due time Kimberly and London Jewelers will get me my dream watch. Best come to those who wait. So this is an update to my original review I left 3 weeks ago. I received a call from Kimberly on Thursday stating the submariner I wanted is in store ready for pick up. I couldn’t believe my ears. I actually had to go outside my office to make sure I heard her correctly. I thought I was being pranked lol!! Needless to say Kim can through and got me the Submariner I wanted. Picked it up today and it’s absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! I can’t stress enough how great Kim has been. She took her time showing me so many different watches and explaining each one to me. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I thought I would have been waiting 1-2 years for this watch. I can’t believe how quick she was able to get it. I highly recommend Kim and London Jewlers for all your Rolex needs. Hands down the best Rolex dealer. I was so pleased that had to add a Rolex Datejust for my wife on the list.
