Glow Salon, Med Spa & Boutique — Attraction in Milledgeville

Checked the website for prices called and made two appts one for me & one for my daughter, I asked about website prices and they confirmed that was the price. I called the morning of our appt & double checked again pricing, I explained I was paying in cash & needed to know how much to bring & to calculate tip, they confirmed the price with me a 3rd time. We sit down for our appts & were told they would have to come up with an estimate for our hair. I explained I was already given a price & it was confirmed 3x & the stylist said that was incorrect they should not have given us a price, I explained that is also the prices listed on their site & was told there is more to it then that. The final price they quoted was over double what we were told, over $360 more than originally told. We walked out. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Don’t give your customer a price & then more then double it when they come in it’s bad business, I would NOT recommend this salon....

I was in town for the weekend visiting when my hair appointment with my family member was unexpectedly cancelled. I called Glow Salon and the girls immediately worked me in for the next day, and I was scheduled with Kat. Let me tell you, she is AMAZING. Knowledgeable, professional, and truly cared about the end result. The salon is beautiful and it was so cool seeing how Glow Salon has grown over the years! I was an OG client of Christa as she used to do my hair in high school and college. However, when I moved away I tried various local stylists but always enjoyed getting pampered with my mom like we used to do before I moved. Thank you Kat for taking such great care of me and making me feel beautiful as a 4 mo postpartum mama! Glow Salon was and will forever...

I had the most amazing time at Glow. Keeli was my aesthetician and I received the luxury head spa service. It is everything you dream it would be. It’s feels so amazing! She did a consult with me to talk about my scalp and hair type to customize the treatments that she would use during my service. In addition, she spent extra time on my facial since I was having some congestion on my face after vacation and I was glowing. Keeli was amazing, and also Julia, who did my blow out to make sure I was ready to go out and see my friends after. If you are needing an amazing self care day, I highly recommend you going there it is worth your time I promise. I will definitely be going there again for other treatments in the future. Thank you...
