I tried to use the curbside app. It's currently unavailable for this location which was a little bummer that I can't be a lazy. Upon braving the dining area, I noticed this is almost a mirror image to Chipotle or Barberitos, so I was right at home. I went with my usual that I get from similar restaurants. The assembly line was great until it got to the guy who wraps it all up. He took one look and said "there's no way I can roll that". I admit, it must be a Herculean task to wrap a burrito the size of a small child, but the crew at Barberitos can to this blindfolded. Realizing my toddler-sized burrito was in danger of being deformed, I Karened up and insisted they double wrap it, to retain and preserve it's rotund and portly shape. After a bit of struggling, the crew achieved and I am a happy fat boy. Overall, the taste was better than Barberitos and Chipotle. My husband and I loved this place when they first opened their store in Milledgeville, GA. We decided we wanted something filling and quick to eat so we decided to dine here. This young lady by the name Alexis I think is clueless. She has not idea how to wrap a burritos and I had to tell her that's not it and she had to have someone else wrap it and this was the second time I had her on my last two visits....so I just smiled as some one else wrapped it correctly. She just slapped the ingredients on my burrito and my nachos.. So I proceeded to check out. I handed her my money and she turned around with the same gloves she had handled my money with and went and put her nasty hands on my burrito. She actually got a little flustered when I told her that I don't want that especially with covid so I told her to give my money back. I will not be going back to this place. Beware if you are using a gift card it can’t be redeemed online! Placed an order for myself and two coworkers at the hospital. We place our order online around 10:00 am and set it for 11:30 pickup. Got to the restaurant and was informed at the window that it didn’t go through because gift cards can’t be redeemed online. No one ever called me to let me know this before I came to pick up (this would have saved me a lot of time and frustration) So I had to go back to work and get the gift card. Got back to try and pay for it and was informed I would have to place the order online again (but couldn’t use the gift card) or would have to get back in line to order.
