Delivered an extra pizza by mistake with several other items. To prevent the driver an unnecessary trip I called the store to be a responsible polite consumer. They informed me they were sending the delivery driver back out to get the pizza. Bad customer service. Deters honesty and it makes a customer doubt the integrity of the business as their sanitary measures are concerned . Not entirely certain if they may not have delivered this pizza to the customer it was originally intended for if I had agreed to let them come back for it and with COVID-19 that is not a very comforting thought. Bailey asked did I want her to hang up the phone stating I called her the b word .. I stated “no ma’am I would never call anyone that, nor use that word towards anyone, she stated “I THOUGHT that’s what you called me. Bailey apologized, but that was VERY rude and I was convinced by her tone she was unapologetically sorry.
