Absolutely wonderful experience for my daughter and I. Came to this park 10 minutes drive from our house wanting to see and experience other parks in our area. This time at around 11 there was a blow up slide and bounce house and kids everywhere from the elementary school next door. The kids were sweet to my daughter and showering with compliments. The children of Pearl A Zanker elementary are mostly kids of color enjoyable to see for me. As far as the park, I love how large it is 8 acres and how well maintained it is according to a neighbor taking his daily walk. They have 4 different playgrounds structures ages 2-5 and 6 and up. Public restrooms available but not clean but what do you expect. Bbq pits are great and are the ones you can cook large amounts and wind up and down to raise and lower. This park is perfectly sandwiched between residential and the school making it any parents dream who may live in this area. Love the artwork donated I love a good art piece and this greeted us since it was the side we entered and parked our car. Parking is free and plenty as well but along side the park parallel and across the street from peoples houses. Too bad I didn’t bring any food or steak plenty of trees and shade...

Read moreA very good public park in a safe location close to an elementary school.
Great playgrounds for kids; wide open, grassy spaces for dogs; tennis and basketball courts for amateur athletes; and plenty of clean, shady picnic tables for BBQs and families. Ample parking in the neighborhood. Men and women's restrooms are as dirty as you'd expect for a public park but conveniently accessible.
I often walk through here as a resident of the neighborhood. I'm proud at how well the park is kept. No homeless people hang out here either. It's not a terribly interesting park but one I appreciate...
