McCandless Park — Attraction in Milpitas

Wish the park near our house was more like this. This is an excellent playground for the kids. They have seperate playground for younger kids and older kids. A few broken items already, but it has so many things to do that it really doesn't matter that much. My daughter made lots of friends here, and the kids seemed to be well mannered. It's the best park in Milpitas. It's new and clean, open in 2023. There is a huge grass field for kids to run, exercise, or play soccer. BBQ area with 2 big tents and BBQ structure available. There are also several play structures in this park located in 2 major playground areas. There are four different play structure areas for kids to explore and play on.There is also a small dog park. There is a huge grassy field and many picnic tables. The parking lot isn't huge, but I didn't have any issues finding a spot when I went at 9:15am on a Sunday morning. Perfect place to bring your kids and pets.
