I've been to this one as much as I can remember. I never really care for ratings but the past visits has been memorable in the worst ways. I went with my brother once and the guy on the drive through was giving us attitude and was cold. Once we got home, we realized he didn't give straws or forks for our order. I let it slide and my brother was slightly irritated. This was like months ago, so I didn't visit in between then and now. I was ready to order and I called out for help, waiting a good minute to call out again to get a reply. I don't know if this is the same guy as last time, but the attitude for sure got worse. I asked for the carde asada fries and he immediately replied back rudely, saying he doesn't have it. I tried to order another flavor but he interrupts me and say all of the fries are out of order but the chorizo. I was taken back for a moment and continued to order. I pull up to him and he looked at me, telling me the total I owe. I take out my wallet and look up to him doing cups. I wait for him to turn to me because he was also helping another customer in drive through. But I heard the guy giving the customer attitude too, as if the customer was stupid or something. I started to get irritated and furious. After a minute of waiting, he finally came back to me and charged me. Now I'm at home eating, and I found this in my burger. I don't know what the hell it is, but it feels like melted plastic. I'm not the type to go mad at places because I know it's hard to work at fast food, but Jesus Christ. Read moreWent to this Jack in the Box location on Saturday around 1:30p via the drive thru. Employee Lucifer Miles (unsure if real name) took order and my debit card and had me drive around and wait in the front parking lot for my order. Lucifer gave me my meal without my debit card (my bad for forgetting). Went home to eat and rested all day at home. Woke up the next morning and realized my debit card was missing and saw 5 fraudulent charges on my account totaling to almost $500 occurring the Saturday afternoon & evening before while I was at home resting. Returned to this Jack in the Box the very next morning on Sunday to notify staff of my forgotten debit card. Verified with one of the employees that Lucifer’s shift ended @2pm on Saturday (after I ordered) when the fraudulent charges occurred. Spoke with Manager Felipe Contreras on the phone who was presently unavailable asked me to return Monday morning which I did. Felipe Contreras was incredibly rude & disrespectful and insinuated I was lying even when I politely explained to him I hadn’t gone anywhere else or used my card since purchasing my meal there on Saturday. He remained unapologetic. I just needed Lucifer’s name as the last person in possession of my debit card to submit my fraud claim. Read moreI always have a bad experience when I go to this Jack in the Box, and for many good reasons. Not once have they done my order right. Whether it be one Ultimate Cheeseburger with no mustard or a croissant with only cheese, they never make the order correctly. If I order multiple items, there's always something missing when they hand me my order. That's when I have tell them that they didn't give me an item or two. Every single time when I go through the drive thru, they make me park in front of the building for my food. At first, I didn't have a problem with it. Then, it started to become a constant process. I would only order two cheeseburgers with a side of fries and having to wait up to twenty minutes while parked. Once my food was given to me at the parking lot, I look in the bag and of course, they didn't give me two of my items. I would then have to go in the building with my receipt and even then, they take a while to help you when there's no one else in line. The only reason why I still go here is because it's the closest location to my house and my family members want Jack in the Box once in a while. I don't want an apology or an "explanation" from this location. Why don't you try to do a decent job and maybe, MAYBE you won't get bad reviews? Just try for once.
