Pedal Tavern is always a blast. We use it as a goofy, family get together and we just went for our 2nd time in a few years. Just before take off, while discussing our desired route, we were informed that Summerfest traffic was eliminating a few stops from our available options (which maybe could be communicated on the website or included in the text reminder sent for trips scheduled during that week). Tab was our driver and he was really helpful in assuring me that we could figure out a new route as we went along and still ensure the group had a good time. Read moreI had booked a tour a couple months in advance from peddle tour from what I have heard from friends on how fun and enjoyable it was. 2 days before the bachelor party which the tour was for, my father passed away. At the most aweful time in my life, peddle tour was with me via text or phone call and fully refunded my money with two days before the tour and gave there condolences! The care and true professionalism they have showed, i cant wait until next spring or summer to book it again! Great customer service and above and beyond care!!! Thank you for helping me in my time of darkness, when the world is full of it, there are still good people and businesses out there that value human beings!!
Thank you!
