I've been going to the Davis family graveyard since I was little girl. Is something that I've always loved and enjoyed. It's really need to see all of their creations come to life at night.
All the decorations in their front yard are things that they made themselves. All the decorations in their front yard are things that they made themselves. They sell Halloween décor.
When Severy year they host an event where you can come to the property and walk around and look at the props up close.
They usually have a small amount of concessions that you can buy. This year they held on events where they had the dance crew from a local high school dance to Michael Jackson's thriller. Read moreThink of the Davis Graveyard as the Peacock Lane of Halloween decorations, and you'll have a pretty good idea of what to expect: a truly incredible labor of love celebrating the most ghoulish of holidays with a gleeful yet gloriously ghastly graveyard gallery, assembled each year at great cost and effort by its owners.
Don't be confused, though: the Davis Graveyard is to be observed from the street only; there are no tours or walkthroughs. Best visited after sunset, particularly on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights through October 31st, when the lights, animatronics and sound effects are turned on for full effect until 10 or 11pm, depending on the day. And, of course, this is a seasonal event, so don't harass these incredible folks from November to September!
Easily the best free Halloween-themed attraction the Portland area has to offer....
Read moreI love this place , it's gives off the best eerie Halloween feel without being scary . I've taken my kids here every year for years and now that they're older I still go every year .. fortunately my son lives just on the next street and we're able to walk right over there with easy access as parking to get to its location right off Johnson Creek can pose to be quite a problem at times , but only because of the crazy amount of visitors they get due to the ongoing popularity of this place . However if you are able to find a place to park , even if you have to walk a bit to get there , it's absolutely worth it ! Would highly recommend to anyone who loves Halloween of...
