Would you look at what Ben at Trimflex it did for us! We think he's pretty awesome! We just love our chairs. His upholstery skills are top notch, can you see the double piping. We bought these Queen Anne chairs 25 years ago when we got married, we even drove to Montana to get them. We live in these chairs everyday, they are so comfortable. When the fabric got old and finally gave way, we were sad because we didn't want to throw them away. These chairs mean a lot to us. Having these chairs with us for 25 years, the history of all the conversations and day-to-day living, means a lot to us. We are so happy that we found Ben to do our upholstery. We had Trim Flex upholster several walls in our sound production studios. We were looking for something that would reduce sound coming in and out of the recording booth, work acoustically and still look great. Ben responded to our call. We had no idea how to achieve our goal or if an upholstery service would be the correct way of getting to the end result we were looking for. Ben was so friendly and knowledgable on several fronts about all things upholstery. He went the extra mile to source the fabrics we needed and get us installed during our (admittedly unreasonable) deadline. He did it with a smile and didn't cut any corners on quality to keep up his excellent standards. He still hit my time expectation and arranged with me to stay late because you can tell he takes pride in his work. To top it all off he didn't charge me extra even though he would have had every right to expect a higher fee.
