I had a fantastic experience with Peters Billiards. The sales team spent hours helping my family select the perfect patio furniture. When we wanted to think about our options before making a purchase, they did not pressure us to buy anything right away. When our furniture arrived with some slight damage, they took it to their shop and had it repaired within 24 hours. They were quick to make it right and even volunteered us the option to take a store gift card or fully replace part of the furniture. They also went out of their way to help us get our furniture as quickly as possible even though it required multiple deliveries on their part. The person that helped us pick it out spent a lot of time with us answering questions in addition to sharing information we had never even considered. We got a table that I love at a very fair price. The people that came to set it up did an outstanding job. They were very cordial and spent the time to get everything set up perfectly. I was additionally impressed that they had a wonderful presentation set up when they were done with all of the cue sticks and balls set up on the new table. Read moreI ordered some stools online for the kitchen. This was fairly easy but omitted a timeline for delivery. When I called the store they told me I didn't have an order, and then called me back to correct that statement. They said the issue was a computer glitch- fair enough.
The stools are fine, but the process was more work that I wanted. In this day and age, especially with C-19 pushing for online shopping, these types of mistakes should not happen. Don't offer something online unless the system works, and employees are trained.
It was also a long time coming for delivery- everything is taking more time with C-19 I get that. Not giving a proper timeline during purchase is criminal, as my money was accepted long before the "they're on their way" stools appeared. I tried to support a local business- not going...
