My Burger - Richfield — Restaurant in Richfield

First time here and while the food was great, I would hesitate to go back to this location. Ordered in store 5/19 around 7 PM and when I stepped up to the counter the girl in the front didn’t even acknowledge or greet me, just stared at me for a few seconds before I said hello. Strange. I get good service is a hard job, but any interaction I had with her made me feel like I was a complete inconvenience. She was the same way with each of the other 4-5 customers I saw her interact with. Even got an eye roll when I asked for the two sauces that are given only after seeing the sign by the soda machine from waiting on the side for my order. To avoid this the sign could just be put on the order counter for customers to see right away.

This is the first review I have ever made on google but what made me really post this is when I saw her wiping her face and nose multiple times with no gloves on, never washing her hands after, then immediately handling food. Absolutely disgusting. No gloves worn by her either. Wouldn’t have bothered making the review if not for that but rudeness plus unsanitary handling of food was really just a poor first experience at MyBurger. Do not order from here the food presentation was horrible and the food was cold as I ordered from uber eats. In my order I received one combo and one large onion ring order however didnt get 2nd combo meal and spent over 40.00s for this order it did include the uber eats too. I even tip the driver but when I called the store that is when it got bad. They have accountability for what happen and I wanted my redund that'll be partial I have to go get, come to the store to get a new order or some other offer so I diagreed and ask for a store mnger but was told they weren't there and to call back for the assistant mnger at 4pm and the store mnger will be in the morning. I was upset because goofy who i talk to said he was a Supervisor but didnt know hoa to handle the situation and wanted to pass it to his managers. I have even ask him you just make the food and that is it and he said sadly but true therefore Im writing to warn you do not order from the Company is unprofessional and have no accountability. I did get a partial redund just got wait for uber eats to put it on ....

My partner and I were well on our way to achieving the errand list of our dreams when lo and behold your attractive sign caused him to lose his mind to the urgent cry of destiny. After all, it appealingly includes his personal possessive pronoun AND the word burger! What could proclaim fate more clearly.

I, personally was won over by the twinkle in the cashier's eyes indicating a kindred appreciation of perverse humour and empathy for my idiotic menu miscomprehension.

Your flavoured mayonnaise was actually tasty.! I have never previously been undisgusted by my partner's propensity for making his sandwich drip and coating all fried food in white slime. Well done!

My partner is now spreading the word to everyone he talks to (at the rate of easily a tonne of humans per day) about your very fine "sooOOOoo good" sandwich, excellent fries seasoning, fab mayonnaise "that even Jodi liked!" and how your food totally buries In-and-Out-Burger, Five Guys AND for sure Smash Burger.
