I like a store that's going to have the employees greet you at the door, make you feel welcome, & this location doesn't do that. Every time I shop here I notice the employees are scattered all over the floors basically stocking stuff all the time but barely even asking customers if we need assistance finding anything let alone say hello when they walk by you. I've made complaints to Targets team about this several times and they always come to the employees defense saying things like it's been tough on all of us what with the pandemic & everything. But I've seen many employees at businesses greet customers & showing respect even when respect isn't given, as well as with everything that's going on. That's just my honest opinion and I don't sugar coat anything. It's also very difficult finding stuff here and you have to walk all the way around the store with employees not being very helpful to walk with you to find the items you're looking for. The registers are also way down at the other end of the store. It's a long ways to walk all the way down there to the registers when there should be some towards the front of the store too. I don't get that. Maybe it's because of the events that happened last year that made them redo the store all over like that. I'd say it was better before than it is now. They are always out of stuff too & because of that I can never get the things I actually need. The also price everything so high & rarely have any discounts. I told them that too a number of times because of alot of us in Mpls don't make alot of money so it would help being in a lower income community to price stuff alot cheaper. I think there is one employee out of all the employees there that actually care about the customers & that is Cassie. She's always friendly in a positive mood and helps to assist in anything when customers need assistance. I think the other employees could learn from her & she deserves a bonus. She doesn't try to look away from you when you walk by her &...
Read moreThis is the worst Target location. They schedule team member from different area to front line cashier without they concerned and they were not very trade it for it. There was this one cashier who doesn’t know how to add team member discount number and doesn’t know how to give a gift receipt not all that even there was a team member who works in the food area has to quit his job of customer issue which the customer was being so rude to him and there was this customer who made this team member cry and being so disrespectful that happened lasted week. Not just that there was other team member who was working at electronic who was helping this one guest about switching Apple Watch, and looking for an iPad. The team member went back in the back room to get the stuff that the guest has ask for it five seconds later the guest has followed him in the back room where I heard “ give me the stuf” then I see the guest coming out running with some iPads and Apple Watch and he left the store. The team member who was in the back room was shaking and was scared for his life, not the first thing happened there’s also other issues of people coming in stealing stuff pushing the team members who works there and hurting some of them by pushing them and throw them at something, this one guy throw a cup of water with the ice at team member who was working at the kids clothing area, stuff like this happens a lot in this location. Some of the team members are leaving their job because it’s not safe and Not just that they were also have an issue with the leaders in other words manager. This what I’m going to say the store director it’s not doing anything for the safety of the team members and for the guest, they even was some of customer also having safety issue off people followed them around, there was this one woman who was followed by two men and they did not do nothing how is this location is safe for the customer and a...
Read moreAvoid this Target at all costs. It’s worth it to drive to Richfield or the Quarry. I’m pretty sure the only reason this store is still open is, because it is in a low income area where a lot of residents don’t have cars so they have a captive customer base. As such, they treat every customer like a criminal. Very heavy security presence, no fitting rooms, and, worst of all, the entire store gets to share one toilet, which is behind a locked door which customers need to beg customer service to use(if they can even find customer service). And when you finally do get customer service to let you in, they start banging on the door before you can wipe. For background, I have colon cancer and recently had radiation, using the bathroom becomes an urgent need rather quickly, and once it starts I need to make sure I get it all out so I don’t have to immediately turn around and use the bathroom again. The staff was banging on the door every thirty seconds demanding that I leave the bathroom. When I got out, no one was waiting. I asked them what the problem was and they said it was a security issue. Because having the bathroom behind a locked door is easier to manage than having a bathroom where employees or security can walk in and observe what is going on I guess? (They used to have normal bathrooms, but I guess they felt their customers don’t deserve that convenience). Doesn’t make sense to me. Anyway, aside from resenting their customers and treating them like criminals, the store is always dirty, and despite employees constantly blocking aisles stocking product, nothing ever seems to be stocked. All around always a negative experience, if it wasn’t the only option in my neighborhood, I would never set foot...
