The Green Machine — Attraction in Minneapolis

Called to ask if they were selling a battery I needed, said “ugh yeah” I took an Uber there, arrived and the only two guys in the store asked if I called the right number? I told them I called another who directed me here and we just got off the phone 10 minutes ago before I arrived. They both shrug and ask if they’re getting it soon. Then the other guy explained how you normally have to order first. Why would you say yes knowing this. It’s not their fault on me wasting the Uber money. It’s their fault for wasting my time on knowing something they could’ve mentioned on the phone. What is the point of having a phone that doesn’t work for the business when I want to call back? Hideaway has expanded over the years and has a revolving door when it comes to staff; seems like they have better customer care than this small shop would...

Hit or miss. The customer service is always very friendly and helpful, good prices and selection, high-quality products. My only complaint is a few times I have gone, they have been closed when they should be open. One time there was a hand written notes saying: “be back in 10 minutes”. Most recently, and what inspired me to write this review, I looked up their hours on google, they were supposed to be open at 10am. I show up at 10:07am, park, and walk to the store. It’s still locked up, lights off, clearly someone is running late for opening. They are going to lose me as a customer today. I was prepared to spend some money, but now I find myself navigating to the Hideaway instead due to the store being randomly closed? Disappointed to...

Is this for real? You stuck this on my truck while I was on vacation and now I get back and it's cooked onto the window.

The funny thing is, I love weed and probably would have loved to support your business. But now I have to stand around outside and scrape this off while I imagine the ways I'd like to let you absolutely have it right now.
