Jewelry Design Center — Attraction in Missoula

I went in to the Jewelry Design Center to initially resize my wedding ring, and I walked out as they were busy with other customers. I figured I would try again later. However!!!! The manager followed me out and asked if I would come back in and see if they could assist me with my ring. I was literally shocked that he saw me leave. I accepted and as we talked about my idea for my wedding ring, he brought in one of his new designers and my experience from there was amazing! I wasn't quite sure what I wanted, but I knew that when I saw the wrap I envisioned, I would know. LOL After working with numerous wraps, I saw another one that was open, (like a shoulder wrap) and I knew this was the one I wanted. I added a sapphire to connect the wrap's sides, and with the assistance of all the beautiful and kind designers, I added 2 more smaller sapphires to finish the piece. After a few days, my beyond amazing and gorgeous wedding set is back on my finger and I'm in love. LOL

Their Jeweler did an outstanding job adding and connecting the sapphires and band. It's seamless and the ring is truly unique and timeless

Because of I was seen and followed out to my car, I was blessed to have a talented, compassionate, creative and very unique design team and jewelers, meet my specifications and exceed all expectations. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jewelry Design Center on two custom rings, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with both the service and the quality of their work.

For my first ring, I brought in two stones and two rings, hoping to combine them into one piece that would represent my time in the service. Unfortunately, the original opal set in the ring broke (at no fault of theirs, simply a soft stone) just a couple of months after receiving it. Understandably, I was heartbroken, as it was an irreplaceable stone. I returned to the store, and the owner, who was incredibly empathetic, immediately understood my frustration. He came up with a brilliant solution: he incorporated ribbons from the shank of the original ring and added a new stone in the center, all at no additional cost. I’m so grateful for the thoughtful way they handled the situation, and the final result is even more beautiful than I could have imagined.

For my second piece, my husband and I went back to Jewelry Design Center to upgrade my original wedding ring. They took the diamonds from my old band and added a stunning Yogo Sapphire to the center. Every step of the process was seamless and enjoyable, and the end result is a ring I’ll cherish forever. I’m already looking forward to having more custom pieces designed by their talented team.

Updated: It seems I keep coming back for more. After purchasing two rings my husband and I had returned again to add to my wedding ring. The new ring is beautiful, as expected from jewelry design center, and really enhances my original ring. Can’t wait to get another piece...

After a bad experience with a Jewler 35+ years ago my Great Great and Great Grandmother's century plus old diamonds and wedding rings sat hidden and tucked away in a Safe Deposit Box. Fearing what could happen in the wrong hands they sat protected but in disrepair and forgotten. Fast forward to 2024. My son David knowing how special these rings are and having found the love of his life asked if we could possibly restore the rings and bring them back to life. My first response was absolutely not! Then, after one conversation with Brian Toone. I knew in my heart it was time. We walked into the store and were immediately treated like family. Brians daughter and staff listened intently to the amazing history of the rings and without hesitation wanted to become part of its story. Walt meticulously and skillfully crafted life and opalescence back into rings that had been damaged and worn for over 125 years. My son and I honestly lost our breathe and I burst into tears when I saw them. Without a doubt they are even more stunning than they were 125 years ago.

What Brian, his family and staff have done for my family is so much more than restore the rings. They have given life and another 100 years of history to our family.
