I really wanted to love this store due to the history I’ve heard regarding the owner. Unfortunately, they suffer from presumable theft, so if you’re a young adult, particularly shy, this is not the place to come to if you are trying adventure out. You will be stalked around the store with absolutely no privacy to choose your desired pleasure or even help when the employee hovering. You will not be allowed upstairs without an employee present. It’s a shame they haven’t came to the conclusion if they customers are under heavy surveillance, it has to be the half-sober staff shoplifting. My wife and I stopped in while traveling, we were bored at the hotel so went exploring and stumbled across this place. Wow. It's certainly not what you think of when you picture an adult store. It was bright, CLEAN, and inviting. NONE of the sleazy aspects you normally expect. Both employees were attractive young women who were cheerful, professional and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere made it easy and comfortable to ask questions. They took the 'taboo' and embarrassment out of the experience. We learned so much about the toys and functions as well as care and cleaning. Superb service. The knowledge alone was worth the trip. I’ve been here so many times and the employees ruin it. I’ve seen (and smelled) them drinking alcohol while working and talking to visitors. One of the young men was once even trying to be discrete in the parking lot when selling or giving out what appeared to be pills of some sort. Sometimes there have been groups of people appearing to be idly standing around just talking to the employees. Prices are noticeably jacked up if you look at amazon or any other site or store for comparison, you will find much more reasonably priced items.
