I used to shop there weekly. My visits have dwendled down to once every month or two. I went from doing all my families weekly grocery shopping to only going there for wine, and a little produce if it’s the closest store. Reasons I’ve become unhappy with them. #1 they raised their prices drastically when they remodeled. They used to be really well priced but when their coffee went up a few dollars a pound, there was no way I would pay ever pay those prices. #2 biggest issue: every single time I go to their deli, I have the worst service. I could wait for 15 min before anyone acknowledges me. When they do come over, their rude like I’m an inconvenience. Once a guy cut the wrong meat, then became mad when I politely said sorry if I didn’t speak up loud enough and I took the blame for him cutting the wrong meat... because that’s just the person I am. In return he cut the right meat, leaving the wax on my salami, made it impossible to take off the wax after it being cut... not knowing it had wax on it my 4 year old grabbed a piece to eat as soon as I got home and she almost ate the Daym wax. Oh and then he had the adasity to slam the right meat on the counter mad. I have a million different stories for the deli... I’m really nice, always smiling, and I great everyone. So I am blown away at everyone’s behavior, I used to always go in after I worked out... I’m always a ray of f@&$#ing sun shine after the gym, I’m always bubbly when going up to the meat counter. Anyways...
I complained to the manager once about another situation I had at the deli, it’s somethhing I never do btw. I love this manager, when he came out we started chatting like old friends, he’s always so helpful and greats me every time I go in there. Anyways when I told him what was going on, he was really surprised! He dealt with the situation immediately, and even compted my meat. The salami ended up being old so I had to toss it anyways when I got home.
Sprouts isn’t all bad... There are some great people that work there, I love the manger, a guy that stocks shelves, and a couple of the cashiers. I’m really bad with names so I apologize. It’s really unfortunate that I’ve had a bad experience time after time! I used to love the produce and food selection but it’s not worth it anymore to shop there. I don’t deserve to be treated like a pile of poop.
I have had a bad experience at the deli every single time I’ve purched meat for the last couple of years. It’s been such a bad experience that I have decided to...
Read moreReally nice all natural and organic store. Produce is fresh always even organic, Sprouts listen up you should make organic vegetables and fruits less then none organic to lightly force people to buy organic. It's like with the states use methanol gas where premium is the cheap stuff and low grade is priced high. I believe it would work for the company. But the reason for 3 stars is that the employees are lazy will not help you find an item and just point you in the wrong direction until I finally told some no take me to the item because I was tired walking in circles and be lead in the wrong direction. Your customer service is horrible I should take off extra star just because it's not first time I've been misdirected and ran all over because the employees don't know where items are. Otherwise the store isn't over priced like other make it out to be for being organic and natural. I Can't stress enough about the freshness of the items. Don't come here thinking your going to get some fruity pebbles, the Nabisco line of cookies and treats from little Debbie this place don't have it. They have ones made of saw dust and pine cones j/k they have healthy made items that some may or may not taste like said above things but hey if you can't do gluten, sugar, dairy, and meat they have all types of alternative meats, snacks and baking substitutes...
Read moreEvery time my wife and I go here, their produce is either has mold on them or its Rotten!! I do not recommend this place at all! Thought they had fix this issue when I raised it nearly four years ago... I move back and see they are repeating their same practice. Their employees don't care about the quality of their produce either. I spoke to an employee and asked them how often they look through their produce and he said he once a day, in the morning, which is ridiculous. Even if they had only went through it once a day, they should have found something that appears to be molding for several days. I then tried to show him the issue and he wasn't even trying to see it or fix the issue and just looked at me waiting for me to leave. When another employee came up to find out what was going on, I let her know while he was there and he laughed at me like it was funny or something to have moldy food on the floor. After finally speaking to the manager, she let me know that this is unacceptable behavior and that the produce gets check several times a day. If it does or not, I am not sure because this is the third time within three weeks that my wife and I found either mold or rotten food. We will not be going her any longer. I will drive the extra way to Whole Foods where they have a much larger selection and food that is cared about by...
