It's hard to believe that a business would give up a good customer over a $12 battery...
I visited the Monona Drive location a little over a week ago, bought a pen battery, and at that time I thought I received decent customer service.
Well, five days later the battery quit working while I was out of town, so exactly one week after my purchase, I went back to exchange the defective product. Wasn't looking for a refund, just wanted it fixed or replaced.
After two salespeople futzed with the item, they agreed it didn't work and they were unable to fix it.
When I asked what's next, one of the guys said, "Well, you could get another one," and when I asked if I could exchange the faulty product for a different one, I was told that "they don't know what I could have done to it in the time I had it." It worked for five days.
So no exchange for the defective product, no fix, no credit or refund. I'm out $12, and stuck with a product they sold me that doesn't work. Obviously I will never return to this business, and I'll make sure that everyone I know will have this...

She wouldn’t give out her name and ignored me as a customer who spent a lot of money on the products. Worst service I have ever had!    Read moreI almost always see Mike working when I'm in there and he is great. yesterday I had someone new and he was very helpful and gave an awesome new juice for me to try and it was excellent. I go in for new Novo pods and juice frequently. The only reason I give 4 stars is because in all honesty they're glass is ridiculously priced I feel like. But hey what do I know. I buy glass online now. But, back to the positive, they are awesome. They have an excellent selection and it's mostly higher end stuff, awesome service, and a VERY clean and well presented store.
