Dead Head Winery — Attraction in Monongahela

Was a little unsure when we first pulled in but once we went in we were pleasantly surprised. It was a family birthday get together and we felt like part of the family. Beth and Mike welcomed us and we were taken on a tour to sample some wines. Very tasty. The food they had was very good as well as the wines. There was a box of popcorn and a plate of cheeses crackers & olives at each table. A very nice touch. We will certainly be back and can’t wait till the weather gets warmer to go outside on the patio. The proprietor is a welcoming fellow who is passionate about wine. He took us on a tasting tour and it was the highlight of the evening. The variety of offerings is sure to please.
