This place is so cool!! You can actually pull your car down on the Aquatorium and turn your car around and fish from the back of your car😳 never ever seen that before! *See last pic of the car there** There's also a floating dock farther out in the water to fish off of!! If you're from Washington PA. It's a super quick, NO turns! Take 136 EAST(behind Walmart, pass the humane society.) LITERALLY take that road all the way to the end. You'll come to a red light (West Main Street) make the right at the light, and it 5/6 blocks down on your left. (My GPS for some reason wants you to turn off different roads..) DON'T just stay on 136 EAST There is a young homeless man living in a green tent(he said the police bought it for him so he'd be protected from the weather) That is soooo amazing of the police! He's a super nice guy named Smokey. He's harmless and just down on his luck. He won't bother you or ask for anything, however a lot of people stopped just to give him something. Including myself! On a side note! DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS OR YOURSELF LEAN ON THE RED METAL BARS PREVENTING YOU FROM FALLING IN.. they are super wobbly and are actually tied with.. get this.. black electrical tape and string, yes string! (See pics) ***MAJOR LAWSUIT FOR THIS PLACE IF SOMEONE FALLS OFF AND DROWNED OR GOT HURT HITTING THE ROCKS BELOW*** And who isn't looking for free money! Public bathrooms as well thaaaank GOD! Walk your dog and they have poop bags there!

Had such a fun time at Rockin’ on the Mon at the Monongahela Aquatorium! The open-air, riverside setup made it feel so unique and inviting. There was an awesome mix of live music, local vendors, and food + drink options—from spiked lemonade and local whiskey to pulled chicken nachos and funnel cake. It had that perfect small-town festival charm with tons of energy. Everyone was dancing, shopping, and even boats were pulling up to enjoy the show! This was such a cool way to kick off the summer concert series—I’ll definitely be back for more!

Our first time visiting the aquatorium was a detour off of a Sunday drive. Nothing going on, but a wonderful stop for us! We watch the boats and residents of the river 🦆 float by while enjoying a picnic. Lots of beautiful flowers around and a relaxing wind while the sun started to exhaust itself for the evening. A really nice place!

As with a bunch of other things in this town people don't know how to drive and don't know how to park. I often see people without handicap placards parking in handicapped. Parking across multiple spaces. Even multiple handicap spaces. People off and just pull in here and sit in the middle of the road. Do you have the audacity to honk they will usually get mad. Multiple times in locking my dog have had Karen's come up and complain about one thing or another. From my girlfriend's outfit which was perfectly reasonable for public. To the type of dog I have which is a small dog that some people associate with aggression but mine is just a couch potato and completely friendly. To even the fact that I parked my motorcycle in "a car...

So proud of our town of Monongahela! Totally fantastic and amazing celebration of its 250th Birthday Celebration both at the Aquatorium and Chess Park where Monongahela won the Guiness Book of Records for the Worlds Largest Wedding Cookie table and 3 couples getting married and 3 couples renewing their vows, one of which was celebrating 71 years of marriage. May God Bless this little town always. A great community and the best little town to live in! Thank you Monongahela officials, historical society and everyone who volunteers there services to make and keep this town a great and safe place to live.. which includes our awesome...
