I forgot to get a picture in the party prep rush but Sambol's graciously took an order for a fortieth birthday party this weekend on pretty short notice and I can't even begin to express how they knocked it out of the park! The absolutely delicious marble cake decorated with gorgeous black roses and gold drips was the star of the show. Everyone had a slice and the "just a sliver" crowd came back for more! I am overly impressed. I can be picky with cake fillings and icings. And Sambol's went above and beyond to meet my needs. I ordered cakes for my wedding from this place because when I tried the sample cupcakes I was blown away by the taste and perfection. Sambols did such an amazing job with my family reunion desserts. I communicated from out of state the entire time and Ashton was quick to respond while obviously busy with custom orders. I ordered a variety of 6 dozen cookies/pastries, individual slices of German chocolate cake and a cupcake letter G to represent the family name. I was DEVISTATED to find that everything was gone at the end of the party and I couldn't take anything home. 5 stars...
