I brought a $2800.00 guitar there to be rewired. I supplied the wiring harness and new pickups. He did a very poor job installing it. the solder joints looked like it was the first time he ever tried to solder anything. He did not trim any of the wires and instead just stuffed them into the cavity to the point where the back plate was bulging out. He striped several of the screws to the back plates and used mix match screws on the new pick ups. He also did not connect the ground wire causing a horrible hum. He did not install the new pots onto the plate Gibson uses to mount pots nor did he put everything back on the guitar when he was finished. He used the excuse that he doesn't like some things on the guitar so he left them off after I instructed him to make the guitar look stock when finished. But I think the worst part is this guitar had no dings or scratches on it and now after leaving it with him for a couple of days there are several scratches and deep dings. I will find somewhere to correct the horrible wiring job he did but unless I have the guitar refinished I will never get the dings and scratches out. DO NOT HAVE FROM THE TOP WORK ON...

My daughter recently decided to take violin lessons and the music teacher recommended renting a violin from this store. I was going to order one from Amazon and I am so glad I didn't! The woman I spoke to over the phone was AMAZING! Unfortunately I don't know much about violins and the woman I spoke to did a PHENOMENAL job at educating me on things I needed to know for violin beginners. When I went into the store, I was greeted instantly by not 1 but 2 gentleman, both very polite. The one gentleman measured my daughter for the violin but the size my daughter needs is currently out of stock. The other gentleman informed me that the size my daughter needs was recently ordered and the instrument would be in within the next day or so and he'd deliver the violin to her school as soon as it arrives at the store! I bought a $600 guitar and was pleased with it. two weeks later I paid over $1,100 for a Yamaha electric drum set with a bass amp double bass pedal and headphones I never use the set and ask if I could return it at a discount. I was informed that I would only get a fraction of the price and that I had to bring it back before they could even give me a price. I packed it all up drove 45 minutes to take it back to the store and the owners weren't there and nobody could do anything about it. I was not informed that the owners were only there certain days a week and that no one else had control of that so I wasted $25 in gas and over 2 hours of my time and not to mention who knows if I scratched it packing it up in my truck. the bass amp was never opened and neither was the headphones.
