I dont normally write many reviews but i feel like I have to. I order some pizza,a sub and breadsticks on 9/9/24. Anyone the girl that took the order super nice and customer service was great. I get my food and not only was my sub made wrong, but i never received the breadsticks. Anyway after working 14 hrs i was fuming. I called back the guy I talked to was very nice, respectful , apologized made it right by refunding part of my order and remaking it. I chalked it up to miscommunication because thats what very well could of been the issue, maybe on my side and or the girl didnt listen, whatever mistakes happen not the end of the world. I get my food and it was great. Anyway I decided to order again on 9/10/24. I order online to pick up and the pickup time said 25 mins, and by the time I got there it was 30-35 mins, so right on time. I walk in and tell them im here to pick up an online order and the girl says another 20 mins or so. Im like wait, it said 25 mins online and im here 10 mins late and youre telling me another 20 mins? I wasnt nasty, or rude i was just confused. anyway the guy making the pizza dough chimed in, "different guy than on the previous night" anyway he chimed in and in a nasty rude voice " umm sorry we got busy you heard her it will be another 20 mins" Then I replied more stern and said well it didnt say that online and it isnt my issue you got busy, you should probably fix that so customers arent waiting extra time when its going to be wrong and cause more of an issue especially if its 20 mins. I can see 5 mins but I was already 10 mins late picking it up. Anyway he replied back with " not my problem? and rolled his eyes like a 5 year old. I then looked at him and said I seen your little eye roll and I didnt appreciate it, he lied to my face about it, and said umm no i didnt like im going to make that crap up. I then basically was about to cause an issue because i will not be blantanly disrespected like that, i called him a dbag and sat down hoping now for more confrontation, yes i know wrong of me but he pushed me to that point. he got quiet and I waited and got my food and left, nothing wrong with my order but the guy was a complete unprofessional worker and i will probably never go there again, my wifes business orders ALOT from there and my business was beginning to but no longer will i or her business order from there. Not only is it nice to have a break from cooking but the price of eating out has gone up and we are not fond of splurging on a sub-par meal. The pizza from IVP is consistently prepared well and though the price has gone up due to the cost of goods it still feels worth it due to the quality in comparison to local competitors. The service has consistently been excellent and approximate wait times are accurate as well. That's not to say that sometimes there is a smidge of a wait at busy times. The thing is that they care about their product and through this their customers. In a nutshell consistency, quality, value, attention to detail = customer-centric.
