I had my cars new radio, sub, and back up camera installed here a little over a year ago now and thus far it seems that only the sub has been a non-issue. Initially after installing these things I did have to flip my rear camera as it was upside down and then remove my own center console to re-connect my charging outlets that were left unplugged, both of which are relatively small fixes I can get over. However the other day as my boyfriend was installing a rear dashcam for my car he found that not only had a bolt been broken off in my license plate nut but their solution to that was to DRILL two new an unnecessary holes to remount the license plate rather than removing my back panel and taking the time to get the screw out. As a result of this when we removed my back panel to do the job correctly (which in theory should have already been off to install the camera), imagine my surprise to open mold in my back hatch as a result of the extra hole that was left allowing water to come in, mind you for my boyfriend to CORRECTLY fix this it took him maybe 10 minutes in total, and for anyone in doubt of this testimony my boyfriend has a degree in automotive engineering has done things like this since he started working. Oh, and the holes weren’t even centered they moved my whole plate to the right. I understand that this review is coming LONG after service but even if it left one right after I had it done I would still be coming...

Read moreAwesome stereo and accessory installation shop. I recent had my RV and trailer there to have LED’s installed all the way down both sides underneath (over 150’ of LED’s) and couldn’t be happier with the results.
The entire crew is polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. I’ve been using them for over 20 years and they ALWAYS do an outstanding job.
To the lady that said their prices are outrageous, I will say this. You get what you pay for. Before I started using Carolina Audio, I had used other “stereo” shops that were suppose to be reputable. Wood screws, taped wiring, bad and sloppy wiring with cheap components is not what I’m looking for. I want quality and a job done perfectly. And now you know why I continue to use...
