Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Monroe

Save yourself some time, drive any amount of hours to go to another BWW instead of this one. Would give this less than 1 star if I could. This location continues to provide poor service in every way, but tonight was absolutely terrible and needs to be addressed. We waited an extremely long time for our food, and only received half of it. The half we did receive was old and cold. We ordered traditional wings and they tried to give us breaded wings when they had the correct wings in the back. We asked for the wings we had ordered, but had to wait an additional 25 minutes. At this time, our order was still not complete because we still did not have the basket of wedges with cheese we had ordered. We asked for our wedges, and when they brought them out, we could immediately see a difference in the wedges that were warm and the ones we got at the beginning that were cold. We tried multiple times to address the problems to the manager, but eventually had to go find him again. This is when we saw the most disturbing, unsanitary thing inside the kitchen, especially during COVID-19 restrictions and health concerns. Our waiter was vaping by the food station!!! His mask was pulled all the way down and there was smoke throughout the entire kitchen. We reported this to the manager immediately, and he acted like he did not care. He said it was done behind his back, even though he was also in the kitchen. The manager told us he would comp all the wings, and when we received the bill, there was only a $7.22 food comp. This comp was the same amount that our coupon was for when we first presented it to the waiter when we arrived. Therefore, we are extremely dissatisfied with our ENTIRE meal. We were trying to be nice at the beginning, but the manager was giving us a bad attitude the entire time. The manager was constantly interrupting us, and disregarding what we had to say. He was constantly trying to argue with us. There was only two other tables in the facility the entire time we were there. The manager’s excuse on why we had to wait so long for our food was that they are understaffed and only had one cook. After 2 1/2 hours of complaining on and off about the meals, pricing, and service, he finally discounted our bill. I placed a pick up order for some wings fries and a chicken sandwich with fries. AKA the meal. My order was 30 minutes late, which I understood they are understaffed and quite busy but not busy enough for me to accept this without a review lol and I typically dont write reviews but I think people should know this before going to this restaurant which I should have looked at the reviews before ordering. I did not receive my fries with my order so I had walked back inside to ask about my fries, The girl was super nice about it They do have great workers there that are very friendly. She came back out with my fries and offered me a free drink for my inconvenience which is super nice of her. But the fries were terrible. The amount of fries that were in my package was like a small kids fry from mcdonalds. They tasted like they were sitting out all day and become hard and soggy. I ordered wings with the garlic sauce. I had received boneless wings with some other sauce on it also the fries and everything was luke warm which i understand it is hard to keep pickup orders hot but speaking which I ate it as soon as they brought it to me it should have been a little hot at least. Also if you go in there to eat you have to wait at least ten minutes for someone to even see you waiting at the front desk. Then they tell you there is a 30 minute wait . understandable though they are understaffed so I get the wait Im not complaining about that I get how hard it is to find workers right now. but if you are looking for somewhere to go where you want to eat right away with great food this is not the place. Where do I start? lol When we arrived I noticed they weren't packed. I knew right then and there that our experience wasn’t gonna be great lol. That was the first red flag. Walked in and had to seat ourselves which was fine. Didn’t have to wait long to order, cause we were the only ones there. Aside from a family of 3. Ordered our drinks then food shortly after. I ordered traditional thai curry chicken wings. The thai curry was trash. Idk what possessed me to get that flavor but it was horrible. The wings themselves were so hard, that it seemed like they took a batch of already cooked wings that’s been sitting out for a while and refried them. On top of that the straws looked like they’d been chewed on and the napkins were nonexistent. I didn’t understand why there weren’t napkins already placed on the tables. I called our waitress 5 times for napkins. She was only two booths away from us, interacting with the family of three. While I’m a little aggravated calling for her, she’s over there playing peekaboo with the toddler. Finally got her attention. She brings the napkins. Couple minutes later we payed for our food. She asked if we needed any to go boxes and we said “two please”. She brought one instead of two and started playing with the toddler again.
