They claim to help build your credit, but what they do is put a "Hard" Inquiry on your credit report and they do NOT report to the credit bureau as they claim. When I called to question why, I was told quite rudely they only report if your account goes into collection. Also, the $100 dress I ordered for my son's graduation got sent back because they sent it to the wrong address, the quality of the dress was horrible and a "small " fit me like a tent. I immediately called and was advised that the size I ordered was no longer available. I I requested to speak to a supervisor who kept telling me she wanted to listen to the call I made when I placed the order. She said she wanted to see who was at fault.
