When I called to question why, I was told quite rudely they only report if your account goes into collection. I ordered a lovely Crocheted top is his afternoon. In looking through my emails I saw that my order was shipped but it was not what I ordered. I immediately called and was advised that the size I ordered was no longer available. I I requested to speak to a supervisor who kept telling me she wanted to listen to the call I made when I placed the order. She said she wanted to see who was at fault.
