This is the worst Culver’s of all time. My orders are constantly wrong. I wanted to quit coming here a long time ago but my family insisted on continuing our relationship with the Monroe Culver’s. We finally divorced Culver’s as a family tonight.
We live a half hour away. So when we get dinner for our 7 family members, we have to drive an hour round trip.
My family gets home from the Culver’s run this evening, 14 minutes before I have enter into a work meeting, just to realize half of our order is missing.
I call. Alexis answers. I ask to speak to a manager. She tells me they are busy and I can’t speak to the manager. I tell her I need a manager. She asks why and I tell her half of my order is missing and I live an hour away round trip. To boot, I have 5 starving kids that need fed. She says “can we just comp you for free food next time?” NO! NO, you can’t. She refused to transfer me and hung up on me.
I called back. A male answered and transferred me.
The manager told me we could come back and get our order remade. That’s fine. But I need my money back too because we just had to drive TWO HOURS ROUND TRIP TO GET CULVER’S! She said that was fine.
My husband gets home. They remade half of our food. So the people waiting at home to eat as a family got screwed and forced to eat crappy soggy cold food sitting for 2 hours and they refused to refund me. Instead they gave us coupons that we will NEVER USE BECAUSE we are done getting screwed by Culver’s. I am escalating this situation. I’m over it. I recommend Taco Bell! We spend $100 a trip there for our family. Our order is NEVER wrong....
Read moreMy daughter and I stopped for chocolate malts. The line was pretty long as it was lunch time. The older lady at the window was rude. We asked her to mix up the malts better because you could clearly see the thick layer of malt powder and the chocolate was not mixed in. The woman took one of them, not both. Held onto it for about 20 seconds and then handed it back out the window, then shut the window in our face when we asked her to mix it up a second time. I had to go inside to get this taken care of because she would not open the window back up. Another older woman at the counter then argued with me that you should see the malt powder because it's a malt. I said no, the point of a mixing machine is to mix things up. The only saving grace here was that a younger lady, with her hair shaved on the sides and a bun on top, whom I'm assuming was a manager or at least one what she was doing said she would remake them for us and actually DID it like she cared about the product coming out. She apologized and said that she always misses them the way she would want them mixed. I thanked her and the malts were delicious. At $4 a treat, I at least expect it to be edible. Read moreI got a crispy chicken sandwich and it was shiny on the top like metal. It looked like there was metal shavings all over the bun. I asked a worker if it was shiny and they said ya and brought back up and made me another one. Well I expected some compensation for having metal on the bun and all they did was make another one and say thank you. I was like um excuse me i want a refund. I was told that since they made me another one that they wouldn't do that l. I was like I'm no that's not what they do and so she gets all disgusted and goes into the back. Someone else comes out and tells me it's carbon from the toasting process from Sara Lee. I'm sorry but no I go to Culvers alot and have NEVER had that on my bun before! So when I argued the fact that it was shiny she said I will go double check and then came back and said the same thing!! I'm beyond irritated at this point so I decide that I'm done. I bring my food up and say I want my money back. I got my money back. What ever happened to the customer is always right? Really sucks too because Culver's is one of my favorite...
