Nice park with a decent amount of amenities such as a dog park, baseball fields, playgrounds which include newly renovated toys. Picnic tables with covers and multiple benches as well as a hiking trail that goes around the perimeter of the park. They had recently done renovations and added in new tennis courts which is nice for people that enjoy tennis. I did soccer practices here as a child when I was on a soccer team and unfortunately I heard that someone vandalized and destroyed the men's bathroom so it is currently not open for patrons but they did order porta potties for you as while the bathroom repairs...
Read moreFun park, good for both my 3 & 6 year old. Some interesting playground features. We enjoyed the wide open grassy areas. They also liked meeting all the different leashes dogs that came by. We were really interested in checking out the rope tree. However, upon closer inspection, it’s really built for bigger or older kids. The holes between the rope are pretty large, and gaps between different rope areas are too scary for the younger kids. Also, there are no platforms whatsoever on the rope tree, so literally no where to climb up to to hang out, take a break or readjust to...

IfAlso, garbage left- including many, many empty alcohol containers & their sacks stashed in bushes. As the public has to pay (Discover Pass) to 'enjoy' this Boat Launch area/'park', it would be nice to see those monies used for Parks Dept./Rangers/Wildlife Officials/City Law Enforcement, enforcing/banning persons whom abuse park. Also, vehicles parked there without Discover Pass or Handicapped Placcard displayed.. Otherwise, nice boat...
